Remove the cover and pop it into the washing machine – at a maximum of 40°C. Please do not use bleach on the fabric as it could lose color or be damaged in the process. Do not iron the cover.

Any harmless odors should dissipate within 24 to 48 hours, which is why we recommend airing the product before placing it on your bed.

As our Pillows are vacuum sealed tightly, it usually takes 20-50min to full expand but sometimes it can take longer. We recommend leaving it up to 24-48hrs for full-expansion.

We try to combine our shipments as best as we can. However, due to the bulky nature of some products, we will have to split the shipment.

Don't fret, both items should arrive on the same day pending Australian Post. In some rare exceptions, there may be 1-2 business day delay.
