How Does The 100-Night Trial Work?

The 100-day trial is included for free when you buy a Dead Tired Topper or Pillow from our website, full price or on sale, and begins automatically once you receive your purchase.

Simply buy it, get really comfortable with it and try it for up to 100 days. We ask our customers to experience the toppers for a minimum 30 days to let their bodies fully adjust to the memory foam toppers. If you find you're not a fan, we'll organise a charity collection and send you a full refund. Really, there’s no catch!

Once the donation is completed, we'll process your refund in full immediately. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return, once processed please allow 3 business days for the funds to clear in your account.

No, our 100-day trial and 5-year warranty are both provided to the original purchaser only, and aren't transferable.

Once our team confirms your return request, we will submit the information to Salvos Stores. You do not need to contact them in advance to avoid unnecessary communication misunderstandings.

For the Topper, we work with our charity partner Salvos to pick-up your topper. Once our team confirms your return request, we will submit the information to Salvos Stores. You do not need to contact them in advance to avoid unnecessary communication misunderstandings. 

Salvos Stores will try to contact you within 2-3 business days (peak periods/staff shortages might increase their team workloads). Some locations have a longer collection wait time than others so it is not possible to provide an overall timeframe of when a collection will occur. This can range from a week to several weeks in some areas depending on demands on logistics.

Salvos Stores will only attempt to contact you twice. Messages are left for you to call them back when voicemail is an option, they do not call a second time if a voice mail has been left, it is up to you to return their call.

Please note: We recommended using a mattress protector for the duration of your trial, as many charities cannot accept the item if it is dirty/stained, or with any damage.

The pickup hours of Salvos Stores are usually as follows:

− NSW/ACT/QLD - 8.00 am and 4.00 pm

− WA - 9.00 am and 5.00 pm

− All other states - 8.30 am and 3.30 pm

  •  Salvos Stores are UNABLE to provide a fixed time or time frame for a collection.
  • They can provide a 30-minute notice call if requested.
  • They require suitable, legal, safe and easy access for their trucks. If this is not possible, they will be unable to complete the pick-up.
  • You can call Salvos Stores to CANCEL, to let them know that you will not be at home, or to reschedule.

DUE TO OHS:

  • Salvos Stores cannot accept any mattress topper which is dirty/stained, or with any damage. Drivers will thoroughly assess each mattress topper on the day of collection and advise you at the time if unsuitable.
  • If the mattress topper is in good condition but the mattress topper protector/cover is stained or damaged, please wash, dry and replace the cover prior to collection. Otherwise the mattress topper will not be accepted.
  • Due to OHS if the collection of a mattress topper  poses any risk to the collector, or property, they will be unable to complete the pick-up. This may include stairs in some situations. The donor may need to move the mattress topper down the stairs prior to their arrival.
  • The collectors require easy access to the property and mattress topper. If this is not possible, they may be unable to complete the pick-up.

Once the donation is completed, we'll process your refund in full immediately. Pictures/receipts proof are not allowed/provided by Salvos at a collection (proof of pick up is provided via their database) or please inform the store manager at store drop off who will notify Salvos customer support team.

If Salvos does not provide service in your area, please find a local charity partner who can assist you with the return and offer us proof when processing the refund.

However, if  there is no charity partner and you have to organize a third party to help you donate the item, Newentor is not responsible for any cost. 

Remember to keep your item in good shape so the charities can accept it. Once your item has been donated, we'll process your refund in full.

To set up the Dead Tired Memory Foam Topper, we recommende you to lay the topper out on top of your mattress and underneath the sheets or mattress protector for optimal comfort. This protects your Mattress Topper from dirt and dust which ensures long lasting support.

The cover is fully removable and can be machine washed and line dried only. Washable at a maximum of 40° C. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Mild wet cleaning. Keep away from fire. Do not wash the memory foam as it will damage it.

  1. Carefully open the box in a well-ventilated space and pull out the topper.
  2. Carefully cut the with the provided mini-knife & remove the plastic packaging
  3. Unfold the topper and lay it flat on the bed with the anti-slip base on the bottom
  4. Give it 5hrs to fully expand (usually happens within minutes, but may take 48hrs to fully expand)
  5. Rest in peace. You had a big day.

We offer a 5-year warranty for the memory foam topper. Due to the nature of memory foam, the comfort of the topper will decrease over time and dust/dust mites will gradually accumulate during prolonged periods of use. Therefore, based on comfort and hygiene consideration, we recommend replacing the topper every 3-5 years. This dramatically depends on treatment you subject the topper to and the environment in which it’s used.

As our Toppers are vacuum sealed tightly, it usually takes 20-50min to full expand but sometimes it can take longer. We recommend leaving it up to 24-48hrs for full-expansion. Creases may exist after unrolling the topper but don't worry, it is perfectly normal! They will eventually go away though use and doesn't impact the product integrity.

Due to memory foam, there may be a +-1cm deviation in thickness in parts.

The Toppers may come with a slight smell from the packaging when initially opened. Any harmless odors should dissipate within 24 to 48 hours, which is why we recommend airing the product before placing it on your bed.
